Security and Personal Information
Use of information
At CrossFit 514, we follow the most stringent security practices to secure your personal information. If you have any questions regarding our policies to this effect, do not hesitate to contact us: email@example.com.
For your security, we do not store your credit card number ourselves and do not have access to your credit, debit, or other credit card details once the transaction has been completed. In addition, any information we keep on our local network is encrypted with a 256-bit AES encryption to secure it. As an added precaution, CrossFit514 does not save or store your credit card information in a server.
The 1st introductory class is only available to people who have never practiced CrossFit. Refer to the online schedule to schedule an « Intro Class ». For anyone else who has already practiced CrossFit, contact us to take advantage of this free trial session on a regular class or open gym. Payments and reservations
All payments must be made online or on site before accessing the different training facilities.
It is mandatory to reserve your place online in order to participate in the desired class.
Missed days: Vacation, medical leave or other.
For members whose account is in good standing and who have a fixed period of three (3) months, six (6) months or one (1) year, we grant the privilege to suspend their subscriptions. One (1) week (Sunday to Saturday without proof) for a three (3) month subscription. Two (2) weeks (from Sunday to Saturday without proof) for a six (6) month subscription. Four (4) weeks (Sunday to Saturday without proof) for one (1) year subscriptions. To do this, you must send us an email before you leave. There will be no retroactive adjustment. Planned payments will be suspended and postponed. In order to claim this privilege for medical reasons, the same rule applies. You must notify us as soon as possible. Proof will be requested with the exact dates when you return.
Suspension of subscription is a privilege and not an obligation. It is your job to plan and validate it to take full advantage of it. No retroactive suspension will be granted.
Students / First responder
For the student package, you must submit proof of full-time student status upon registration. This proof must be issued by the school for the current year. The student card is not accepted as proof. No purchase of the student package will be authorized without proof of full-time student status. A credit card on file or a specimen check is required for subsequent payments. The specimen check must be submitted when the subscription is purchased, without exceptions. For EFT accounts (checks / bank accounts), a fee of $ 50 will be charged in case of lack of funds during the withdrawal.
For military, first responders, police officers, firefighters and paramedics, a confirmation of employment must be presented.
No refunds or cancellations will be granted other than what is provided by the Office of Consumer Protection (see your contract).
CrossFit514 adheres to the law developed by the Office of Consumer Protection. As such, you have the option of canceling and receiving a refund of the balance or the totality of your membership, depending on whether it has been used in part.
Once the use of our services started, if you wish to terminate a contract with us, you can communicate with us by email using the following address: email@example.com, and we will analyze your request, cancel your contract by calculating the cancellation fee in proportion to the number of days used (for example, for a 6-month membership, if you want to cancel after 3 months, the fee will be the price you would have paid by subscribing for 3 months instead of 6 months). S.V.P, please note that CrossFit514 memberships and classes will not be transferable or exchanged once the purchase has been made.
In case of pregnancy and medical conditions at risk, ask for an appointment to make an arrangement with a note from your doctor.
Cancellations of bookings for group classes
In order to preserve the very essence of CrossFit, classes are given to small groups. So that everyone can enjoy this privilege, you can and must cancel a reservation one (1) hour before the start of a class, without penalty. The cancellation must be made by you directly on the ZenPlanner platform via your personal account. A phone message, Messenger or Facebook can not be accepted for the cancellation of your class. If you do not follow this rule and you simply do not show up, a penalty of $ 5 will be charged, without exception. The sums will be paid directly into a fund for the renewal and acquisition of new equipment.
Cancellations of personal training appointments
If you want to cancel an appointment, you can do it up to 24 hours before the appointment. If you miss this deadline, a penalty of 50% will be applicable on the amount due for this private training. The other half of the training will be credited to the next appointment that you can book with your coach. If you simply do not attend your appointment without prior notice, you will have to pay for the entire training.
Lost / found items
CrossFit514 undertakes to keep any object found for a minimum period of one month. After this period, any object found will be donated to a charity or otherwise disposed of after that period.
Anyone availing themselves of a bank draft account (LFS) must ensure that the funds will be available at the time of collection. A fee of $ 50 will be charged in case of lack of funds, and this, for each weekly collection attempt until full payment.
