Graduated of Life Sciences, Philipe has always been passionate for the functioning and mechanics of the human body. For him, body health depends on the balance between lifestyle and a healthy and adapted physical activity level. Philipe also studied the importance of cardiovascular health during his Masters in Experimental Health Sciences.

Fan of obstacle races and trail races, it’s in 2014 that he joined the team of a sports events company as a HIIT-TABATA coach and coach guide for a racing club (5, 10, 21km). His goal is to allow anyone who wants to get back in shape or to surpass themselves in a context of intense and fun cardiovascular training!
