Working in the health community since 2009, sports and health have always been part of her life. For her, training is essential for a good physical condition and mental health. In her opinion, it is also an excellent way to challenge and believe in yourself.
By following a group coaching training, she has had the chance to help athletes of different level to achieve sport challenges such as half-marathons, trail races as well as relay races. Since 2013, she is teaching HIIT-TABATA to motivate beginner and more advanced athletes to reach maximum results.
